Job Context
- As an Accountant in the automobile industry, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain and update accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improved financial performance.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and coordinate with external auditors as required.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll activities, including payroll processing, tax withholding, and benefits administration.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile inventory records, perform inventory valuations, and support inventory control processes.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Liaison with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and auditors to address accounting-related queries and provide necessary financial information.

- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
