Job Context

• Job Location will be New Eskaton, Dhaka-1000.
• Must stay with the company at least 3 years.
• The candidates who have a CA CC certificate will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure bill-wise sales collection and AIT challan entry in the system.
• To monitor and control the Accounts Receivable (AR) credit limit and overdue.
• To generate the AR credit limit exceed report and same provide to SPD(Sales Promotion Department) personnel.
• To communicate with SPD personnel for ensuring sales collection as per target.
• To arrange weekly or monthly meetings with internal SPD personnel to discuss the overdue AR and deadline to collect the overdue AR.
• To ensure customer balance reconciliation.
• To ensure the AR balance confirmation with the customer ledger.
• To prepare bank loan section and loan renewal-related papers & documents.
• To prepare lease finance-related papers & documents.
• To prepare any documents as per financial institution (Bank & Leasing company) requirement.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Equivalent, Bachelor of Science(BSc)
  
• Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom)
  
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting or Finance
• Dhaka University

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• CA CC, CA partly qualified, Credit control

Specialization

• CACC

Additional Requirements

• Age 28-30
• Both males & females are allowed to apply
• Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and in any accounting ERP software
• Email communication
